* All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.
* Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty.
* We will replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
* Defective products must be returned to us in original packaging with all accessories including owners manual, only then it will be replaced .
* Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced as received, and a refund will not be given.
* The returned item should include a note explaining the problem and returned to the "return shipping address" we will supply.

Processing a refund usually takes anywhere from 5 to 10 business days .

You must contact us for a RMA number no exceptions.

You will receive an email from our returns department informing you we received the item back and a new tracking number will be provided.

Returns for no particular reason will have to pay their own return shipping and will be assessed a restocking fee all products are tested to verify defect if a claim a item is defective and found not to be the case a return shipping and a restocking fee will be applied, this fee can be anywhere from %15 to %20, depending on the situation.

When you have finished the RMA form you will receive an RMA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.

Any returned package that does not have an RMA number will be returned to sender.

RMA numbers are valid for 14 days.
